  I had 3 bedrooms done by your company on the 8th of December for an end of lease clean and apart from making the carpet stink of vomit after you left, your carpet guy was there for less than 10 mins for all 3 rooms the carpet doesn't look any different, we were charged a surcharge for paying cash. The house was completely empty when your guy came to do the carpet and when when I called your company for an invoice for my real estate agent, I received comments about how my mattress and pillows had apparent blood stains and that they were unhygienic, considering my furniture wasn't in the house I do not know how you can see my furniture? I also had comments about a urine smell, the only smell was after your technician left! I expect a full refund and I will be taking this issue to the ACCC. Please be aware you have ripped off and totally disgusted the wrong person and I will close you down!
